Travel is billed to the customer’s credit card or to an established corporate account after the customer travels with us.
Events such as weddings, night on the town and proms are charged a 50% deposit upon making the reservation. If the trip is canceled less than 7 days before the trip, 100% of the charges are incurred.
Currently Green Light Limousine accepts American Express, VISA, Master Card, Diners Club and Discover.
A 20% gratuity is charged on all trips.

- Wait Charges $48.00 per hour (excluding a 15 minute grace period at locations other than the airports). Wait time will be charged in 15 minute increments at the above rate.
- Extra Stop rates are determined by miles and time in excess of the normal point to point trip.

- Travel between 1:01 AM and 5:00 AM – $25.00

Reservations cancelled before a driver has been dispatched will not be charged.
Reservations that are cancelled after the driver has dispatched to the location will be charged a 50% COL (canceled on location) surcharge excluding gratuity.
Reservations for which passengers fail to show up or call to cancel will be charged a no-show fee equal to the base rate, waiting time, tolls and parking. This charge excludes the 20% gratuity charge.
All efforts to contact a customer via cell numbers and all other contact information will be made before our driver is released and a trip is deemed a NO SHOW reservation.
If a customer cannot locate their driver it is the customer’s responsibility to call us nationwide at 866-304-7336.
Any damage caused by the customer or any member of the customer’s party that exceeds normal wear of the vehicle Green Light has provided will be subject to a minimum $100.00 cleaning/repair fee.
Green Light is committed to our customer’s safety as well as that of our drivers. Therefore, overly intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated. |
